3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide flight quotes and process bookings for flights, Umrah packages, and related travel services.
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your enquiry or booking.
• To liaise with airlines, our ATOL-protected supplier partner (Times Travel Ltd, ATOL 74904), hotels and visa processing partners as required to fulfil your booking.

Our WhatsApp quote service is central to how we operate. When you click a "WhatsApp" or "Get Fare" button on our website, you are connected to one of our UK-based booking agents. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain booking and communication records for as long as necessary to fulfil your travel arrangements, meet legal and accounting obligations (including HMRC and ATOL record-keeping requirements), and handle any post-travel queries or complaints.
